Pricing

Clear pricing, confirmed before we start

We price general rubbish primarily by how much of the truck your load fills, subject to the weight limit for each tier. The applicable limit is whichever is reached first.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered

Volume or weight, which applies?

Both limits are listed for each load size, and whichever is reached first applies. Most household loads hit the volume limit well before the weight limit. Dense materials like tiles, soil or concrete hit weight limits quickly, which is why they are quoted separately.

What does a quarter load actually look like?

Roughly a standard box trailer's worth: 2 cubic metres. A three-seater couch with a coffee table and a few boxes is typically around a quarter load. When in doubt, text us photos and we will confirm the size before you commit.

What is general waste versus heavy waste?

General waste covers furniture, household goods, green waste, boxes and everyday junk. Concrete, soil, tiles, bricks and hard builders waste are dense materials that need a separate quote because their weight drives disposal costs.

How accurate is my quote?

Your quote is based on the items, access and job details provided. We will discuss and confirm any change before starting work.

What if my load goes over one tonne?

The $1,100 full-load price includes waste fees for up to 1,000kg. If the load exceeds 1,000kg, the waste fee component for the entire load will be passed on at Sunshine Coast Council's current per-tonne rate, currently $320 per tonne including GST.

Do stairs or difficult access cost more?

They can, because they add time and handling. Tell us about stairs, lifts or long carries when you enquire and the confirmed quote will already account for them.

Are there items you will not take?

Tyres and asbestos, never. Wet paint, chemicals, fuel, oils and gas bottles must be disclosed in advance so acceptance, handling and pricing can be confirmed.

Is GST included?

Yes. Every price on this page includes GST.

How do I pay?

Your invoice is issued only after the work is complete and you are satisfied. Payment is due within seven days by cash, bank transfer or secure card payment through Stripe. Commercial payment schedules can be accommodated. Card payments incur a processing surcharge equal to our actual Stripe cost.
