Builders waste, without the trailer runs

After a renovation or small build, the leftovers still need to leave. We take renovation material from bathroom and kitchen strip-outs, general house materials, timber, bricks, tiles and concrete, loaded and removed so the site is ready to hand back.

What we handle

One honest distinction matters here. General waste is priced by our standard load sizes. Dense and heavy materials such as concrete, bricks, tiles and soil are priced separately, because weight drives their disposal cost. Text us photos and we will quote it properly the first time.

  • Bathroom and kitchen strip-out material
  • General house materials
  • Timber, offcuts and packaging
  • Bricks, tiles and concrete
  • Dense and heavy loads by separate quote

What Goes Where

Three categories, priced three ways

Standard renovation waste

Priced by our standard load sizes

  • Bathroom and kitchen strip-out material
  • Timber and offcuts
  • Plasterboard and framing
  • Fittings, cabinetry and benchtops
  • General house materials
  • Packaging and site rubbish

Dense materials, separate quote

Weight drives the disposal cost, so these are quoted on their own

  • Concrete
  • Bricks
  • Tiles
  • Soil and fill

Not accepted

These cannot go on the truck

  • Asbestos
  • Tyres

Mixed loads are fine. Text photos of the pile and we split the quote across these categories before we start, rather than adjusting on the day.

Questions

Good questions

Do you take concrete, soil or tiles?

By separate quote, yes. These dense materials cannot go at standard load prices because their weight drives the disposal cost. Send photos and we will confirm a price before anything is booked.

Do you remove asbestos?

No. We do not remove asbestos.

Can you clear a site on short notice?

Usually. Same-day or next-day availability applies to builders waste like everything else, 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Site needs clearing?

Tell us the materials and the access, and we will price the whole job up front.
